When making a reservation, customers must provide accurate information, including:
Full name
Contact details
Selected activity
Preferred date and time
Number of participants
Any other information required for the activity
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information is correct.
TripGuard reserves the right to reject or cancel reservation requests where information is incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
The price shown at the time of booking is the applicable price for the selected activity, subject to confirmation.
Depending on the activity, a deposit may be required to secure a reservation.
The remaining balance may be payable directly to the activity provider on the day of the experience.
The payment structure, including the deposit amount and remaining balance, will be communicated to the customer before the reservation is confirmed.
Customers must ensure that all required payments are completed within the specified deadlines.
Failure to pay the required deposit may result in the reservation not being confirmed.
5. Deposits and Reservation Confirmation
Where a deposit is required, the reservation will only be secured once the deposit has been successfully received and the booking has been confirmed.
Deposits are deducted from the total activity price.
Customers will receive relevant booking details and instructions following confirmation.
Any additional charges, optional services or extras will be communicated separately where applicable.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their reservation subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation 24 hours or more before the activity:
Where the customer cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity, the deposit will be refunded, subject to the applicable booking conditions.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the activity:
Deposits may be non-refundable where the customer cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Cancellation by the activity provider:
If an activity is cancelled by the provider, including due to operational reasons, the customer will be offered an appropriate alternative or a refund of the amount paid, in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
Refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method where possible.
7. Weather Conditions and Safety Cancellations
Certain activities, particularly water sports, jet ski experiences, boat trips and outdoor excursions, depend on weather and sea conditions.
The activity provider may cancel or reschedule an activity if conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable.
In such circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the deposit or other amounts paid, as applicable.
Safety decisions are made by the activity provider and must be respected by all participants.
